Is the teether safe for my baby?
Safety is our #1 priority. Our products have been tested & certified by an independent, CPSC-Accepted Testing Laboratory for ATSM F963-17 toy safety regulations and is fully compliant with the CPSC & CPSIA standards.

What is the teether made of?
Our teethers are made from 100% solid, FDA-approved, food-grade silicone.

How do I clean my teether?
Before first use and when needed, we recommend cleaning the teether in warm soapy water.

Is my teether dishwasher & freezer safe?
Our teethers can be placed in the dishwasher (top-rack only) and the freezer.

When will I get my order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We are a family run business, and we will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

What are the delivery costs?
We offer Free Shipping for orders above $50 and $3.95 flat standard shipping for all orders below $50.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship orders to the USA. We look forward to bringing our products internationally in the near future!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day of delivery for unopened or defective products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items due to sanitary reasons.  Please contact us at hello@bookwormbabyco.com to initiate a return for unused items in its original packaging – we will send return instructions and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  If the item is defective, please provide a description and picture of the issue along with proof of purchase.  We will refund your purchase or send a replacement at no cost.  We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bookworm baby purchase.
